For fast food, I really like Rosa's. I haven't tried much of the menu, but what I have is good. Of course there's Taco Tuesday, which is 2 or 3 times a month. I get 1 crispy beef, and 2 soft beef Tacos. Skip the rice, double beans. The extra tortillas with butter and honey are such a GREAT dessert! I always have leftovers when I get the nachos. Have you tried the breakfast tacos? A $6 plate will make me 3 tacos. Chorizo, egg, and cheese is my flavor of choice. Add some of the hottest salsa and it's yum yum time! The spicy breakfast potatoes are Ok. A good place for a cheap lunch or breakfast. Meet you there!
Your taco Tuesday is pretty good even for Tex mix the restaurants are nice. They're big roomie. You got lots of room in between the tables. It's a good place to go eat.
I believe that I have been treated so well that I am giving this place 5 Stars. a wonderful district manager, who really went out of his way for me. Very much appreciated and I feel very respected. Keep up the good work.

Great food. Get the nachos if you are on a budget. Lots of food for $6. Great service. Little loud but fun and lots of space between tables. Felt good to leave full.

This place was on the list of restaurants to try from our class instructor. So glad it was on the list because we may have never tried it. They make fresh tortillas daily and you can see them making it, too. My first time here and I must say, the customer service was great. I ordered beef enchiladas and sopapillas. Both were really good and there wasn't much wait time either which is a plus. There's no wait for a table, you order your food and you find a table. Pretty much a cafe style which is in the name of the restaurant. Great job Rosa's Cafe and keep up the great service.
